3D Modifier - Displace vertex along it's normal

Displace each point of the geometry along it's normals. Used in combination with 3D Mask :

Here is a little tutorial to show you how to use it. You'll see also a little trick with Legacy Blur to transform a 8bit picture into a 16bit one for smoother displacement:


  • Normals smoothing of the displace
  • Distance of the displace


Standard Presets: Displace Noise, Displace Parent Input, Displace Video Input and Displace Wood Noise
