Right click on the Desktop and open NVIDIA Control Panel.
Then in Help and System Information you will know about the version of the driver.
What you can do is then check the latest version of driver available for your graphics card.
What's important to know is that when installing the new driver, it could be great to do a clean install (it's an option during the setup) to just have what you need.
